Individual Psychotherapy

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be navigating a major life transition, struggling in your relationships, feeling anxious or depressed, or noticing patterns in your life that you understand but have difficulty changing. You may also simply feel stuck, uncertain about what you want, or interested in understanding yourself more deeply.

I work with adolescents and adults around a range of concerns, including anxiety and depression, dating and relationships, self-esteem, family dynamics, identity, work and academic stress, and transitions related to school, career, relationships, and family life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and psychodynamic-based. Together, we explore both what is happening in your life now and the experiences and relationships that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. Therapy can help you recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, better understand your emotional experience, and develop new ways of approaching relationships, decisions, and challenges.

I offer individual psychotherapy in-person in Brooklyn and online.
